فنی. وقتی ماشینها کارها را خودکار انجام میدهند با artificial intelligence همپوشانی دارد: office automation درست است، اما خودکارسازی لزوماً یادگیری یا استدلال ندارد. برای فرایندهای تکراریِ ماشینی به کار میرود.
Technical. It overlaps with artificial intelligence when machines perform tasks automatically: 'office automation' works, but automation does not necessarily learn or reason. Choose it for routine processes run by machines.
