تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
متداول. گسترده ترین اصطلاح برای یک مرد بالغ. Gentleman به طور خاص به ظرافت و آداب خوب اشاره دارد. میتوانید هر مردی را man بنامید، اما هر مردی gentleman نیست.
Common. Broadest term for an adult male. 'Gentleman' specifically implies refinement and good manners. You can call any male 'a man', but not every man is 'a gentleman'.
