تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی. در بافتهای حقوقی و قراردادی بسیار شبیه 'violation' است. اغلب برای شکستن یک وعده، قرارداد یا اعتماد خاص استفاده میشود، مثلاً 'نقض قرارداد'. میتواند در مورد عدم انجام تعهد خاصتر باشد.
Formal. Very similar to 'violation' in legal and contractual contexts. Often used for breaking a specific promise, contract, or trust, e.g., 'breach of contract'. Can be more specific about failing to fulfill an obligation.
رسمی/فنی. معمولاً در قوانین مالکیت فکری (ثبت اختراع، کپیرایت، علامت تجاری) برای نقض حقوق یا قوانین استفاده میشود. کلیتر از 'violation' نیست و معمولاً برای قوانین ساده استفاده نمیشود.
