infidelity— بیوفایی
رسمی. در بحث بیوفایی زناشویی قابل جایگزینی است؛ اما بیوفایی ممکن است شامل خیانت عاطفی هم باشد، در حالی که زنا فقط رابطه جنسی است.
Formal. Interchangeable in contexts discussing marital unfaithfulness; however, 'infidelity' may imply emotional as well as physical betrayal, while 'adultery' specifically means sexual relations.
