تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
عامیانه/رسمی. این اصطلاح استاندارد و خنثی برای کسی است که به وکالت مشغول است. از نظر معنایی قابل تعویض است، اما 'legal beagle' یک مفهوم غیررسمی و گاهی تحسینآمیز اضافه میکند. مثال: 'She is a brilliant lawyer.' در مقابل 'He's a real legal beagle when it comes to contracts.'
