تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رایج/روزمره. وقتی به چیزی به طور مختصر اشاره میشود جایگزین refer میشود — He mentioned the problem مثل He referred to the problem است. mention برای صحبتهای کوتاه ترجیح داده میشود.
Common/everyday. Interchangeable with 'refer' when briefly talking about something — 'He mentioned the problem' works like 'He referred to the problem'. Prefer 'mention' for brief, informal notes.
رسمی/ادبی. شبیه refer است اما اشاره غیر مستقیم یا ظریف دارد. در صحبت مستقیم قابل جایگزینی نیست — He alluded to the war ظریفتر از He referred to the war است.
Formal/literary. Similar to 'refer' but implies an indirect or subtle mention. Not interchangeable in direct speech contexts — 'He alluded to the war' is more subtle than 'He referred to the war'.

رایج/روزمره. وقتی منظور فرستادن کسی است جایگزین refer میشود، ولی send کلیتر و رسمی کمتر است. refer معمولا پیشنهاد یا دستور رسمی دارد.
Common/everyday. Can replace 'refer' when meaning to send someone, but 'send' is more general and less formal. 'Refer' implies official direction or recommendation.
رسمی/فنی. در سازمانها یا خدمات به معنی هدایت به جای دیگر است. کمتر در صحبت روزمره استفاده میشود.
Formal/technical. Similar to 'refer' in directing to another person or place, often used in organizational or service contexts. Less common in everyday speech.

رسمی/رایج. وقتی به دنبال اطلاعات یا نصیحت هستند جایگزین refer میشود ولی با مشارکت بیشتر. مثلاً consult a book بهتر از refer a book است.
Formal/common. Can be used instead of 'refer' when involving seeking information or advice but with more active engagement. Not always interchangeable; 'consult a book' works better than 'refer a book' in some contexts.
