غیررسمی. وقتی روی بخشندگی یا خشونت تأکید داریم جایگزین unkind میشود، مثل He said a mean thing. اما She is mean میتواند به خسیس بودن هم اشاره کند.
Informal. Can replace 'unkind' in casual conversation when emphasizing cruelty or harshness — 'He said a mean thing' works, but 'She is mean' can also mean stingy.
