تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی. بر خلاف arbitration، تصمیم نهایی ندارد و طرفها را به توافق تشویق میکند. برای حل تعارض دوستانه مناسب است.
Formal. Unlike arbitration, mediation does not involve a binding decision; it seeks to help parties agree themselves. Suitable when parties want cooperative resolution.
رسمی/حقوقی. مشابه arbitration ولی بیشتر به حکم دادگاه اشاره دارد. در زمینههای حقوقی کاربرد دارد.
