defector
شخصی که کشور، عقیده یا گروه خود را رها کرده و به طرف مقابل میپیوندد، معمولاً به دلایل سیاسی.
A person who abandons their country, cause, or group in favor of an opposing one, often for political reasons.

تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رسمی. کلمهای قوی برای کسی که اعتماد را خیانت میکند، معمولاً در زمینههای سیاسی یا شخصی. فقط وقتی خیانت مورد تأکید است جایگزین defector میشود؛ همه defectorها لزوماً traitor نیستند.
Formal. A strong word for someone betraying trust, often used in political or personal contexts. Interchangeable with 'defector' only if betrayal is emphasized; not all defectors are traitors in tone.
رسمی و ادبی. به کسی گفته میشود که دین، سیاست یا باور اخلاقی را رها میکند. همیشه با defector قابل جایگزینی نیست، چون بار قضاوت اخلاقی بیشتری دارد.
