رسمی. وقتی نیاز ضروری مطرح است جایگزین demand میشود، اما حالت اصرار را منتقل نمیکند.
Formal. Can replace 'demand' when expressing a necessary condition, but does not convey forcefulness. E.g., 'This job requires skills' works, but 'They required the money' lacks the insistence of 'demand'.
