تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رایج. معمولاً قابل جایگزینی است ولی locate دقت بیشتری دارد. مثلاً locate the source دقت جایابی را نشان میدهد.
Common. Usually interchangeable but 'find' is more general; 'locate' implies precision. E.g. 'Locate the source' works better than 'find the source' if exact position matters.
رسمی. وقتی تأکید روی گذاشتن چیزی در جای مشخص باشد استفاده میشود، نه همیشه در معنای یافتن.
Formal. Used when emphasizing placing something in a specific location rather than just finding it. Not interchangeable when locating means discovering.
