تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
معمولی. تیر موازی که کف یا سقف را نگه میدارد. کاملاً قابل تعویض نیست زیرا 'joist' معمولاً برای کف/سقف است، در حالی که 'purlin' به طور خاص برای سقف است.
Common. A parallel beam supporting floors or ceilings. Not fully interchangeable as 'joist' is typically for floors/ceilings, while 'purlin' is specifically for roofs.
