تفاوت با واژههای مشابه
رایج. در بیشتر مواقع جایگزین disadvantage میشود وقتی به جنبه منفی اشاره دارد؛ مثلاً «عیب این طرح هزینه است».
Common. Interchangeable in most contexts when referring to a negative aspect; e.g., 'The drawback of this plan is cost.' works well.
رسمی یا فنی. وقتی به محدودیت فیزیکی یا وضعیتی اشاره میشود استفاده میشود؛ در مکالمه روزمره کمتر رایج است.
Formal or technical. Used when referring to a physical or situational limitation; less common in everyday speech. For instance, 'He plays with a handicap' fits better than 'He plays with a disadvantage'.
