ممنوع از پرواز یا بیرون رفتن به دلیل محدودیت یا تنبیه، معمولاً درباره هواپیما یا بچهها.
Confined to the ground, not allowed to fly (usually for airplanes or children).

رسمی. برای محدودیتها قابل جایگزینی است ولی برای محدود شدن فیزیکی هواپیما یا بچهها کمتر استفاده میشود.
Formal. Interchangeable when referring to limitations but less common for physical grounding of aircraft or children. 'Restricted access' works, but not 'restricted to the ground' in aviation.
