شخصی که به چیزی یا کسی بهدرستی توجه یا مراقبت نمیکند.
A person who fails to give proper care or attention to something or someone.

رسمی و منفی؛ به کسی نادان یا بیاطلاع گفته میشود، دقیقاً هممعنی نیست اما گاهی در غفلت از دانش یا وظایف مشترک است.
Formal, often negative. Refers to someone ignorant or uninformed, not exactly synonymous but sometimes overlaps in neglecting knowledge or duties.
عبارت روزمره؛ وقتی روی بیدقتی در رفتار تاکید میشود جایگزین میشود ولی عمومیتر و کمتر رسمی است.
