روزمره. وقتی منظور ساختمان فیزیکی است قابلجایگزینی با structure است، مثلا building بلند مناسب است ولی structure بلند میتواند هر سازهای باشد. مردم بیشتر برای محل زندگی یا کار میگویند.
Everyday. Interchangeable with 'structure' when referring to physical buildings, e.g. 'a tall building' works, but not 'a tall structure' always implies any constructed object. People use 'building' mainly for places to live or work.
رسمی. بیشتر به فرایند یا محصول ساخت اشاره دارد و کمتر به تنهایی به معنی سازه بهکار میرود، مثلا bridge construction. زمانی که فقط منظور ساختار است جایگزین نیست.
